The bond hearings for the three Orozco family members facing murder charges, hit another delay Wednesday afternoon.

The El Paso Court Magistrate judge said she cannot move forward with the defendants hearings until attorneys have filed a notice of appearance.

Father, Raul and his sons; Jose and Cristian Orozco are accused in the murder of Marcos Fino Jr.

The deadly incident unfolded June 6 following an altercation between Raul and Fino Jr. while they were driving along Doniphan Drive in El Paso's Upper Valley, according to police.

During Wednesday's bond hearing it was learned that Raul, Jose and Cristian have legal representation.

Raul told judge he hired Mike Ackerson, an attorney from Houston.

Cristian mentioned his attorney was also from Houston that worked for Codgell Law Firm.

Jose, who has been identified as the shooter, mentioned he has an attorney. Jose's attorney was not identified in the hearing.

This is the second delay for the Orozco's. Friday's hearing was rescheduled.

The judge said she does not want the men sitting in jail for "too long" without representation.

If a formal entry is not filed, the men will be appointed an attorney, the judge added.

The Orozco's are expected to appear before the judge on June 21.

Jose's bond remained at $1 million.

Cristian and Raul's bonds stayed at $500,000.
