EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A family accused in a deadly shooting in El Paso's Upper Valley will remain jailed.

Raul, Jose Alberto, and Cristian Bradley Orozco are in the El Paso County Detention Center after they were charged with murder this week.

The father and his sons were arrested shortly after a shooting along Doniphan Drive killed 32-year-old Marcos Fino Jr.

Jose Alberto's weapon reportedly killed Fino Jr.

RECOMMENDED: Father in deadly shooting along Doniphan Drive followed victim suspecting he damaged mailbox

The jail magistrate judge rescheduled Friday's bond hearing to Wednesday.

Prosecutors asked for a continuance in all three cases.
