High school football playoff game scores for November 18

EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — The high school football playoff games wrapped up Friday.

Here are the results:

• Canutillo 21 v. Arlington Heights 14 at Ratliff Stadium in Odessa
  
• Pebble Hills 42 v. North Crowley 49 at Mustang Bowl in Andrews
• Eastwood 28 v. Byron Nelson 35 at JM King Stadium in Midland
  

Canutillo, the only team to advance, will face Abilene Wylie in the regional quarterfinals.
