Early morning crash closes Gateway East in central El Paso

EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — El Paso Police and Fire responded to a crash in central El Paso Wednesday morning.

Police blocked all lanes on Gateway East at Piedras Street.

The crash happened before 5 a.m., according to El Paso fire dispatcher.

The Texas Department of Transportation cameras showed one vehicle on the curb.

Fire dispatcher said no injuries were reported.

Police have not released information on the cause of the crash.

Gateway East at Piedras reopened at 6:03 a.m.
