EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Border Patrol and the Texas Department of Public Safety disrupted a suspected migrant smuggling operation in the Upper Valley Friday night, according to U.S. Border Patrol spokesman Fidel Baca.
A photo showed a group of people sitting on Upper Valley Road near Artcraft Road.
The people were sitting behind a van with a FedEx logo on it.
Baca said Border Patrol will release more information as it becomes available.
